Refund/ Retum Policy

At Charmso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at charmso01@outlook.com to initiate your return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the shipping address.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
